Someone told me that they would not care about your privacy at all just opens up your package?

I have some non-authentic items (not for selling, only for my own uses) ship to US, is that legal?

I would believe this one. The US and Chinese Government both have the right to control what goes across thier borders, this includes goods, people, and packages. I am certain if your package is suspicious, it will be at least x-rayed and maybe opened by US or Chinese officials.

They do random checks and open up a certain percentage too check for contraband.
