Hey... I'm wondering... what finger do bowl rings typically go on... I've seen some people wear it on their pinkies and middle fingers... and of course the ring finger...

Anyone know what the typical location is for a bowl ring?

the guy I knows who wears one(he was part of the coaching staff ..I forget which team or year--he is an old man) he wears it on his left hand on the finger next to his pinky...on his right he wears his wedding band......I will say...the one he has got is huge and extremely hard to miss.......

*** sorry big correction, ....what I wrote above.... I made a mistake on...now, I don't know if he is politically correct in the way he wears his ring....after a phone call..I found out he doesn't wear his ring on the ring finger but the middle finger of his left hand -- and he was the offensive coach for the washington redskins during one of their super bowls... I didn't find out which bowl -I am pretty sure it had to be in the 70's or 80's .......my dad went to school with him and his brothers..that is how I know who he is..as for the ring I seen it at a game ...it was huge and I didn't know what it was so I asked....I was really surprised when I found out we had a guy walking around our small town with a super bowl ring........

Here is some more sugestion...you could call a jeweler and see if they have any clue which is the proper finger to wear this type of ring on...also,you could look up pictures of past winners and see where the majority of people are wearing the ring....

sorry about the mistake I made earlier....

by the way ,congratulation on getting a ring...

Whichever they want I guess.

Funny thing, I was at Wrestle Mania when it came to Houston in '01. The Fridge was there signing autographs, and I talked to him for a little bit. He didn't have much of a line. Most of the people there were too young to remember him, or they were just communists.

Anyways, I got to try on his superbowl ring. I am a good size guy, and have good size hands(that's right ladies!!). I could fit my ring and middle finger in the ring. It was huge. It didn't even connect at the bottom. Kind of like those rings you get out of a gumball machine.

Nice guy, I talked to him for some time. Funny story though.

All the team photos reveal most players wear them on the right hand ring finger. Try going to the NFL sight and look at past superbowl pics.
