Some population in other part of the world are of dark skin appearance would like to put on white colour clothing, why?

because its cooler in temperature than if they wore black.
white reflects heat, black absorbs heat.
the rest is common sense. that is if you mean the africans etc.

First, most "dark-skinned people" are from regions and climates that are very exposed to the sun and hot, and lighter-colored clothes do not absorb as much heat.
Fashionably-speaking, it creates a "contrast look", which can be very attractive on some people.

If your skin has a golden tone to it and you look good in orange then you wear autumn colors-greens, golds, oranges, rusts, reds with a yellow tone, beige, turquoise if your skin has a blueish tone to it then you wear winter clothes-a bluish red, black, white, forest green, lemon yellow, turquoise, strong purple, strong blues and very light pastels of these shades

Why ? It's very hot ; so the white color is the best .

maybe they think it looks better....Im like a Carmel color but I dont usualy wear white stuff
