around 5o thousand dollars can I fulfill my fantasy in the us prferably states (that are not in land)

you really need a Realtor. you need one that can explain "agency" to you and tell you how she will protect your interests. you need a Realtor that will coordinate everything with your real estate attorney and the lender you choose.

by the way: "homophobia" refers to a fear of homosexuals, not to fear of buying real estate. good luck!
