Bill Cowher. Bill Parcells wouldn't stay around long enough to build a consistant winning team like cowher.

If you did a Survey around the NFL, the Players (Past and Present) would pick Mr. Cowher because he is a Player's Coach.....

He also has a tendency to give Veteran Players breaks because he feels that you are proven in the NFL in comparison to a Rookie.......

Plus, he understands that you should not run your players "hard" in Practice because he was once a player in the League and he understands the pounding the body takes.......

Finally, during Training Camps, he takes ALL of his players to a Movie of their choice.......

Whatever City hires Mr. Cowher will be very Happy and will win... For the Starting Salary of approx 10 to 12 Million a Year!! (CHA-CHING!!)

Bill Cowher ...this man has the uncommon and uncanning ability
to draft impact players Since 99 when he got Tom Donnahoe
fired his drafts have been awesome, Ben Roetherberger,
Troy Polamalu, Heath Miller on and on you take our roster
apart most of the quality players are after 99 I am not talking
top picks but way down 5 and 6 picks all great. woe be us.

I love having the Tuna coaching the Cowboys down here. Great coach, he is funny to watch in interviews as well. Unfortunately, and this is nothing official, I see him in Dallas one more year. Whether he retires or moves on, I do not know. I think he is going to give it one more go in Dallas. If they don't make it well into the playoffs, I see him leaving either way.
