Population growth trends in United States cities?

What web site is the most accurate in providing data that conveys which cities (and or counties) that are gaining or loosing in population and at what speed? (Besides the US Census)

Any website that's going to provide the data you want will use Census data. Might as well use the Census site, since it's more comprehensive.
