I say Malificent from Sleeping Beauty. She is in Kingdom Hearts as the leader to all the bad guys but I think it's just because it's an older movie maybe?

I would have to say that Hades in the movie Hercules. He has the power to end life and he can make deals to get what he wants in return for your life. That's pretty powerful!

Hades- from Hercules, he is the god of the underworld. How can you get more powerful than not only the powers of the gods but the power to grant life or death.

I thought Jafar as the vizier had more power than Jafar the genie because the genie contract had restrictions.
