it depends, both of you Philippinos? cheap as chips, one of you white?? watch out for, rip off. let noone, let the party who is Philippino go and get paperwork, then no need for [ special. payments] tried that one on me!! otherwise, congrats, just had 26 years of bliss & crumbs.
