Definitely, and it was in the WAY he left the Raiders: Al Davis f*cking TRADED him to Tampa Bay. That is humiliating for an NFL head coach, but Gruden got his revenge by leading Tampa Bay to a thrashing of the Raiders in the Super Bowl
Al Davis had his best coach since Tom Flores, and he TRADED him!

i believe they are going to be a team will come out of nowhere and get a 8-8 record liek the lengthy island Jets did very last 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. Now with the addition of Russel i imagine they have a probability. even regardless of the reality that they lost Randy Moss they want a who can easily make the play happend. Am i right?
