No one knows for sure except Kobe and that girl, But an interesting thing about that case was, after they settled out of court Kobe made a public statement and he basically said he apologize for everything and he said that he could understand how she could had miscongrued their sex as rape. Well in my opinion if someone believe she is getting rape then they are getting raped. So if she thought she was getting rape and expressed that to Kobe then he should had stopped. But then again I was not there and none of us knows what really went down or the dialogue they had before or during or after.

Temptation got the best of him from some schemeing girl who knew she would get some money out of it. Also his wife didnt make out to bad with the $4 million dollar ring he gave her as an apology.

he didnt the girl wanted some black penis thats all and if she was fine i wouldnt let that chance slip by either but thats kind of fuked up by kobe by cheating on his wife but isnt like kinda ovious that umm she a lil of a gold digger wat if kobe was poor would she be with him i doubt it but anyways its kinda seems him and vanessa bryant love eachother since they have 2 kids already

koby did not rape that lady in colorado if thats whats you are talking about.the case was dismissed.chetted on his wife he did but it did
not destroy his marrage.hearing commenys like yours realy helps me appreciate our justis system.
