If my answer happens to be the only one you get I may just die a happy, but confused gentleman, because I don't know WHAT the hell you just asked. I think I'm nice too, but I feel lost now. Thank you either way and no I'm not very BUSY as you so boldly put it. I live in Philadelphia, PA and I don't charge neither a nose nor an ear.

I think you are asking about how much does someone charge to fix a nose??? Call a plastic surgery office in your area. Make sure you have someone help you if your english is not very good.
These surgeries are expensive, so your income may be a problem.
