I think the best team will be the Chargers, with Rivers having more experienced and LT still tearing it up, also their defense should still be tough...as for the worst team that is always harder to tell i think but im looking at the Cleveland Browns or the Oakland (dont think they will improve much no matter who coaches them or who they draft) they have a few more years untill they can win 5 games again...

on the edge Chiefs, Dolphins
NFC- Saints, Seahawks, Eagles, Bears

Also as long as Brady is there the Patriots will be in it

Best depends on too much of the off season. You never know who all will be where from year to year these days.
Worst, I don't know. If my Texans botch the draft again this year, it could very well be them. After this season(the did improve by four games), I need a 8-8 season next year to be happy.
