How does Corruption leads India to face many problems?

Every where in India Corruption is going on.This may lead to an undeveloped country and also many people are taking the advantage of uneducated people like blaming them in many ways.

Public officials and employees accepting bribes, replacing good quality materials with inferior ones, declaring ghost deliveries and payroll, stealing funds in broad daylight, etc. are corrupt practices that illegally reduce the amount of money budgeted for basic public services like education, transportation, health, etc. Lack of resources leads to poor implementation of government programs hence non-attainment of targets during the period when corruption happens.
