Hey Hey all... Im now 4 days late for my period...
Im usualy like clockwork... every 28 days on the dot..
But im 4 days late.. me and my bf use the withdrawal method.. we used it right before my ovulation time... and during
I know the withdrawal method is like playing with fire, however we dont mind if i am pregnant.. we will be happy either way (id be more happy if i am pregnant :-P )
Im 22 and hes 23 ... both pretty healthy...
I took a test at 11am tismorning but it was neg,, i have another one that im planning on using in a few days if i still dont get my period..
I dont think im under stress lately... im pretty laid back :)
anyways.. just wanted to hear your thoughts xxx

Well, even *wanting* a pregnancy can make your body stress enough to delay.
It sounds to me, though, as if you've ovulated late. Test about a week later, with first morning urine...if it's still negative and no period, go to your doctor for a checkup/blood pregnancy test.

If withdrawal is done perfectly every time, it's fairly reliable, but definitely not 100%. If you're late, it is possible that you're pregnant... was your 11am test this morning with first morning urine (FMU)? That's the best way to test (to get the concentrated hormones from overnight). If not, wait a day or two and use FMU.

The next time you test, use first morning urine, I know the box probably says test anytime but its best do it first thing. That is the time that it is more concentrated and you have more hormones in your urine. Also, if you do test again and it is negative, go to the doctor and get them to do a blood test. I have heard many women say they have a very hard time getting a home test to show positive and find out later they are pregnant.

Wait a few more days and try again. sometimes the test are not 100%.
If you still don't get them and ar not convinced go to the doctor for a blood test.
We use the withdrawl method...............now I am running after my 14 month old.

give it a few days and test again stress can make you late
