I would also imagine that there isn't a woman on the planet who would want to have her breasts engorged and hooked up to pumping machines 24/7 as the animals do!!
Ouch, talk about callouses :-)

I believe Mr. Dickerman has one part of the answer. We humans eat some pretty strong tasting stuff and that does end up in the milk.
Part of the main problem is that in order for a female to produce milk she must have also produced young. A calf or kid in the case of cows or goats. A child in the case of humans.
As with cows (beef cows for example), some women can barely produce enough milk for their own child while others can produce far more than enough. Which is why in ancient times a 'foster' or milk mother would be brought into the situation. Now days most women don't even bother feeding their own child, giving them formula made with cows milk instead. That way they can keep eating the garlic, onions and peppers.
The base line reason why you'll never get cheese and ice cream made from human milk is because you won't find enough women willing to be cows for you. And they might beat you soundly about the head and shoulders if you suggest it to them. (I would)

Because women do not lactate near as much as cows and goats. It would take several days to get the amount of milk needed from a woman, versus just minutes with an animal.
Anthony S~ Cows have to give birth before they can make milk.

Any man that says they have not tasted their wife's/lover's milk at some point is lying. It is slightly sweet and that is about it. The problem I would see with this is that women would have to volunteer as modern day "wet nurses" for the production of said product.
The market could be enormous if geared mainly to "organic" food eaters. Remeber there is natural antibodies that are passed through a mother's milk.
I think it would make a better ice cream.

Because cows and goats eat bland good stuff like grass, leaves and hay.
Humans eat:
onions
garlic
beer
meat
curry
hamburger
fries
etc...
Imagine the taste of human milk. Ew!

Because cows and goats don't tattle when they see hormones and other mind-altering things put into the milk. And breast milk would be hard to market. Boob-cheese, anyone?

Human milk is not as abundant. Cows are much bigger and are always ready to go. Women only produce milk after birth. Should we just hook women up to machines at the farms across the world?
Correction: I should've been clear about cows needing to give birth before they can produce colostrum and then milk. After that, milk supply can be relatively neverending. At least I didn't just say "eww gross!"

So many reasons, first off the demand for that product would be low because nobody would want to try it. Secondly, I don't think a large amount of women could be found willing to fill in for cows. Unless it just tasted incredible after tasting it, I don't think it would ever catch on.
