I had a friend who used to say "let the 16 year old who lives in your head come out and play once in a while, just don't let her be in charge". Of course, this only works if you're not actually 16!

But the message was that it is okay to be wild and uninhibited at times, but let your mature, rational side make the decisions about when, where, what and how much. Be safe so that later you won't be sorry.

Losing your inhibitions is not going wild and causing trouble, breaking things, pushing people around and the like. Learn to speak openly may for you be entering a scary place. Maybe you are inhibited from dancing, talking to girls, and so on.

I love letting down the inhibitions once in a while in a safe environment. I think we all need that sometimes.

Everyday life can get so stressful!

YES - - - - I think it is OK to lose your inhibitions once in awhile. As long as your moral character is in check, if only to allow yourself to see if you are holding yourself back due to constraints which may no longer be necessary and you're not doing it for attention seeking behavior. Be safe, be smart and learn from your life experiences, so you don't have to repeat history. Evolve.

It is good to lose your inhibitions, once in a while. It WILL get you into trouble. But you will never regret it!

Go ahead and lose your inhibitions once in a while, but let your conscience and your maturity keep your actions in check.

Don't care what others think of you. It only makes you weaker emotionally. Think about it. Think about every time you were sad or embarrassed. I guarantee that every single one of those moments were because you were caring about the thoughts of other humans. Once you eradicate the worry of other's perceptions of you, you find that you'll be a lot happier.
