After having 3 kids, it's easy to think you might have a hormone imbalance. Do you have any physical symptoms like weakness, hair loss, sighing, weight gain, headaches, feeling cold, fatigue, aches/pains, sleep problems, heavy periods....?
If you have any of those symptoms, plus a general feeling of wanting to stay in bed or just lie there exhausted, or if you feel you just don't want to give a darn, a blood scan can easily determine which hormone is low, and you can feel back to speed in a matter of 2 weeks.

It really depends on where you live? Do you live in an arid, temperate, humid, or arctic environment. All have different methods of saving energy. Hot arid environments require closing of the curtain and serious insulation to prevent the heat from cooking you alive. You are talking about temperate climates. You need as much glazing possible. Humid areas need good ventilation. And arctic areas need small windows and a genius method of not losing heat.

u probably have a very sporadic diet with little vitamin cosumption and especially with three kids eating healthy can be hard. I recommend vitamin B complex and energy drinks. this website has some good stuff but any store with vitamins will have a b complex vitamin(usually has a big B on the front

You could be mildly depressed. I know this seems contradictory to how your feeling, but trust me, push yourself out the door and take a walk, or exercise in some way. You will feel better the more you are actively taking time for you. Plus exercise releases endorphins which makes people happy, ( feel good chemicals released to the brain)

you might have a chemical imbalance. that can cause depression and lack of energy. have you had a physical exam lately with lab work? it might be a good idea. then eat healthy, exercise, and get more rest. i know its difficult with 3 kids but if you dont take care of yourself you wont be able to take care of them. you might even need a little time to pamper yourself or just some relaxing quiet time for yourself.

It's hard to say what's wrong; it could be a number of things. Try getting more sleep at night, and/or eating healthy.

Do you feel tired no matter how much sleep you get? Are you cold alot? Do you get irritated easily? If yes perhaps your thyroid is inactive or slow. Check with your doc. easy tested and treated. Happened to me and after diag. I feel so much better!!! Good Luck

you need to do one handed pushups in your panties

EDIT:

It is little known that most adults have over 10 pounds of feces stuck in their intestines by the time they are 30. This feces gunks up your intestinal wall and will make you tired. This is because your intestines are caked on. You need to buy some intestinal cleanser for all the caked on **** you have in your intestinal wall.
