You can use lilac, gold, ivory, or light gray eyeshadows. I would skip the blush though.

Ok, first of all, at your age you need to keep it fresh and clean looking. If you don't have bad skin then just moisturize but do not use foundation. If you want a little color then you could use just a slight amount of pink on the cheeks but very little. Your skin at your age should have it's own color and glow about it. As far as being fair skinned with light eyes and blonde hair your going to want to use brown tones for your everyday look. A light brown eyeliner on your top lid just above your eyelashes will help to give them a full look and then a cream color eyeshadow all over your lid with a shade or two darker in the crease will work. A little mascara and your all set. If you are wearing greens or blues or pinks or purples then you can use those color shadows but keep in mind again that you are going for a simple clean look so don't go crazy. The point of makeup should be to hide flaws or blemishes and to accent what you have. Don't go for the hooker look at your age. Young women tend to overdue the make up and try to make themselves look like someone their not. On your lips I suggest a hint of color and gloss.

I am 15 and my hair is blonde and just past my shoulders as well.
I use Maybelline pure.concealer on my freckles (lol) then I use Maybelline pure.makeup in Classic Ivory light 2 then apply a slight amount of natural looking blush on the apples of my cheeks and follow my cheek bone. Apply some mascara and you won't need any eye shadow.
If you wish though you can put some Vaseline on your eye lids for a natural look.
My advice is don't wear too much make-up. At 15 guys will think it's sk*nky and don't wear eye liner unless you want to look like a goth.

Hope that helps gorgeous. xx

Do you wear makeup currently? It kind of sounds like you aren't really into it...so I would say, go for the 'natural' look.

If you have uneven skin tone or circles under your eyes, use a little liquid or cream foundation to hide that.

Try out some light golden browns peaches and/or light pinks for eyeshadows and blush-Use a cream blush to keep a moist look in your skin, rather than a dry powder.

Try a shiny lip gloss with a little color (peach or pink) and a little sparkle.

Do you know anyone who does their own make up like you would like to? That would be great if they could give you tips or tell you the names of the colors/brands they use. Or go to a department store and ask their advise...go to a counter where the make up is more realistic for your look...for instance, try the Clinique counter, rather than the Mac counter.

Use brown tones on your eyes it brings out the blue tints. As far as blush goes that is more of an older person evening wear. Same goes for eyeliner unless it's your lash color and you apply it lightly on the bottom lashline. If you do wear eyeshadow make sure you get a dark brown mascara, not black it will look fake. If you don't want to use mascara then don't wear shadow it makes your eyes look powdery and weird.

A pink, purple, or natural for the eyes. Eyeliner only on occasions. A little bit of natural blush. Foundation if you have pimples.
