Good for you!
By even recognizing that it is a skill, can be improved and that you are actively enquiring how to do it, means that you are half way there.
One of the previous responders was correct. Identify your weaknesses. That's easy to do, we all know our weaknesses. Its what we hate doing.
To net it out........positive mental attitude, enthusiasm, supportive team player, help the wounded dove on the team (there is always one) never Diss anyone behind their back.

Top 60 soft skills at work
A governing body based in the US, conducted a survey recently. The results of the survey was called the Workforce Profile which found an across-the-board unanimous profile of skills and characteristics needed to make a good employee. The most common traits, mentioned by virtually every employer, were:
1. Positive work ethic.
2. Good attitude.
3. Desire to learn and be trained.
Most of the business leaders observed that they could find workers who have "hard skills" i.e. the capability to operate machinery or fulfill other tasks, but many potential hires lack the "soft skills" that a company needs.

This is arellay tough questuion to answer considering juast the facts that the diference in personality skills of people vary not in samll magnitude for even the closest relatives....
So,first you need to understand more about the nature, behavioral tendency ec of the person tat u see and other see as YOU.
After this step you wil be one srtep closer to understand your own inner potentials to a greater extent.
At this point identifying the right skill will be very easy for anyone.Best of luck.

First you know, what are the personality skills you are not upto the mark. Then it will easier to develop them. Speak to elders near to you, who can give good feed back about you. There are lot of articles around Personality skills and their development in Rediff recently. Just search for them.

Good Question, I really don't understand who has the right to tell us that we need to develop better personalitys when we're just being ourselves. I guess you can always try to be charming and nice...heck I dunno...
