Two things.

First - pick up a copy of MacLean's review of Colleges and Universities and find out which ones offer good agriculture programs.

Second - go to their websites and look under 'scholarships and burseries' OR alternatively go to their offices of advancement and ask with their officers.

(to my knowledge Guelph has one of the best agriculture programs... I have a friend in the program actually and she loves it.)
