So far the republicans have enacted the patriot act which helps to track them and cut off their funding. ( democrats oppose this because they are terrorists i guess) seeing how the supreme court has upheld it, it seems silly for the leftists to keep up the unconstitutional garbage)

so far the republicans have taken out saddam who was one of the greatest financial supporters of terror

so far the republicans have killed just about every member of alquedas leadership and have bin ladin in a cave for the last five years

the democrats want to give the terrorists constitution rights. they dont want to go any country in the middle east, they have NO plan at all. NONE.

the democrats simply dont believe in protecting the country. period.

they have no plan for dealing with terror. their biggest claim to fame is to have more packages checked at the ports --wow, maybe we can check every package and guard every building in the country, NOT. they have no plan. its pathetic.

"g" needs to listen to news like FOX rather than comedy central. the names of the terrorists being killed are reported, teh liberals are too busy warring against their own country to pay attention to it

Cry, whimper, invite them over for a relaxing chat, and give them whatever they want. That is what their "plan" boils down to. Believe it or not, we were winning in Viet Nam, the North Viet Nam-ese knew they couldn't win on the battlefield, so focused on American Opinion. The hippies and protesters won the war for them, just like they are trying to do now.

Have you read all of the Patriot Act. It violates the Constitution. For instance, the FBI has the authority to obtain client records from banks by merely requesting the records in a "National Security Letter." To get the records, the FBI doesn't have to appear before a judge, nor demonstrate "probable cause" - reason to believe that the targeted client is involved in criminal or terrorist activity. Read the Fourth Amendment it violates it. We supported Bin Laden during the Afghan war back in the 1970s. It was our meddling trying to get the Soviet's out of Afghanistan that created them. So, yes we have been of great finical support to terror. Don't believe me look at the time line below. And I hate to tell you this but we have something called the Bill of Rights. If a terrorist is a citizen of America he has the protection under the Bill of Rights and more importantly a right to a fair trial. Our forefathers put the Bill of Rights in there to control the government. So, the government can't take away the rights of the people. Read it sometime. And who was it that fumbled up and allowed Bin Laden to get away? That's right Bush. By the way, Bin Laden has attacked us multipule times including the bombing on the USS Cole. And we go after Saddam who didn't even attack us on 9/11. Now, we have officially created a mess in Iraq. The Democrats are not the only ones who are screwing up this country.

Following a future terrorist act, the most they would probably do is run to the nearest federal district court and get a cease-and-desist order issued against the bad guys... then adjourn for a football game.

When someone tells you to read between the lines do you always see yourself in the mirror or what?

Protecting our country from the inept policies of the Bush Regime is much more important than whatever you think Bush is actually trying to do. Which has yet to be determined.

It must be frustrating to walk into a room with three other people in it these days for you. Considering your gonna be the only one who disagrees with everyone else.

We'll go after them instead of invading countries that didn't attack us to create new terrorists. Retard. By the way, how many troops are in Afghanistan?

do you have anything to back up half of your statements?

Saddam being one of the "greatest financial supporters"?

Republicans have killed every member of al-quedas membership and have Osama hiding in a cave?

I see a lot of assumptions... no facts here... don't you guys get tired of assuming... WMD?

I remember when Clinton and Bush assumed Osama wouldn't attack... guess some people never learn...

I want to go after Osama... not just "assume" he's in a cave and powerless...

EDIT: so... you're saying you can't cite them?
who said it and where did they get their info... just saying Fox News is hardly an answer... I've heard people on Fox News say it, but they gave NO DETAILS what so ever...
and yes, there have been some killed, but no one seems to know exactly how many leaders he has, so no one knows how bad they are hit...
sorry I like facts?

The same as the Republican plan. Assume that every US citizen is a terrorist. Take away civil liberties. Try to push their new world order agenda.
