Girlfriend never fear help is here. I've given birth five times and I have six children.... Yeah, I have a set of twins. With all the extra activity and circulation that is going on in your womb there is going to be alot of extra blood flow and circulation down there which is increased by sexual activity and arousal. I suggest getting off your feet and allowing gravity to work in reverse, if you know what I mean. If your in your second or third trimester tell your man to freak you in other ways until the baby comes. O.K.

During pregnancy, the blood flow to the vagina is increased. It is also increased when you are sexually stimulated. Talk to your doc about it, you may have to restrict intercourse (maybe not oral or masturbation) until after the baby is born.

you are experiencing increased blood flow down there, it happens to every women during pregnancy. That is why your husband will be following you around like a dog in heat for a while, until you have the baby.

Hormones, lots and lots of hormones. Try using extra lubricant during sex to reduce friction.

my first guess is baby boosted immune system + latex allergy. Of course, if there's no condom involved then that goes out the window real quick...

This has nothing to do with pregnancy. Could you be allergic to condoms (latex) or any lubrication you're using?
