i find it wrong to pay like 40$ then pay 15$ to pay every month i mean i can play runescape cheaper.

YES. Other people have asked this too. Runescape doesn't use as much networking than Blizzard. You pay for the service, the upkeep, the graphics, the social life (it's over NINE THOUSAAAND!), and the best game ever with the best memes (LEEROY JENKINS!) Runescape...no.

Well it is not $40 it is $20 to get the basic game, and yes it is $15 a month, to cover costs to run the game on a 24 hour 7 day a week basis. It is the same for most MMORPG's
