I am sure it is an economic issue. Don't worry if India continues to progress at their current rate they will soon run the free world. India will enjoy all the privileges and advantages that go with it.India has many strengths as a society that the US has lost over time such as respect for Family values, ethics, education, respect for science and mathematics to name a few. Hopefully India does not tear itself apart through distention like the US is currently doing. Your problem is a problem word wide education is a hot commodity. It is hard for some people to get and education here. If you believe in a free society and capitalism then it is not your nations responsibility to provide these things. It is the peoples responsibility to provide these things for their nation. Educate yourself its more rewarding, and more valuable.

INDIA is not providing facilities to intelligent people who can develop our nation because India has a large population and after some years it will the world's largest populated country and also the reservation policy for the backward classes is also the reason.This is leading for the top ranker's to take a chance of going to foreign countries and work for them and increase the technology of them.This is resulting India to remain as a back ward country.
