I mean, don't you think that after 225 years plus, sometimes things are okay the way they are and we don't need a new law made just so some politican can say he voted for this law and then get reelected? Yes, there are times when a new law or amendment is needed.......but is the quietness of the status quo or no new law being made/needed, going to always be seen as nothing getting done when in reality it is 'nothing done' that needs to be done?

yes i agree with this totally.....Everytime a new law is made that is one freedom we lose. We are losing more of our freedom everyday!!!!

All the laws we need (if we actually "need" any at all) can be found in the now-worthless documents known as the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

especially in the areas of moral crimes, and crimes where the victim is the person who chose to be the victim.
