No, and NO - I think those Guidelines are for the wannabe yahoo staff. They were the wannabe hall monitors, and even the hall monitors that don't know how to throw the book away. Or bend the rules a little.

I have...it helps prevent violations etc. Also I think it helps you play to the forum better.
