Since it's new and did clean properly, just file a warranty claim and get them manufacturer to fix it. If you mess with it, you may void your warranty.

Everyone has valid suggestions so far so I won't repeat them but....do you rinse your dishes before putting them in the dishwasher? If not this problem will repeat over and over and regardless of warranties or not you will be faced with this inconvenience. A quick rinse then into the dishwasher, that's what I do. Water temperature is hot, soap pellet in the dispenser and Jet Dry for the rinse. Mine always look great when they come out.

Could be your detergent, could be the difference between city water and well water, and if it is new, it should be covered under a warranty. I would have a professional check it. Yes, it will cost more, but it will save you money when you get it apart and can't figure out how it goes back together.

Hi,
What Make and Model is your dishwasher?
One more thing, if the water temperature is not hot enough it wont clean the dishes very well.
