I refuse to take care of this thing!! im embrassed at the fact the baby is black and i dont think my family will approve of this! Can i sign a paper saying i dont wanna have nothing to do with this thing???

First of all this "thing" as you have called it is a baby, your baby. And secondly you didn't have a problem with this girls race when you were having sex with her. I hope that there is a paper that you can sign to give up your rights, cause this girl and this baby will probably be better off without you. How can you say that you are embarassed about the colour of the baby? You know it is the year 2007 and racism is long gone,or so I thought. It is people like you that make this world bitter and cold. I hope that you step up and take responsability for your actions, and if not then the hell with you they are better off without you.

For every action there is a reaction, no telling how big or small! No matter what you do you will some day have this come back to bite you in the behind and all for a few minutes of fun...You should really buy condoms the next time that you carelessly decide to drop your pants! There's nothing that noone can say or do now, the damage is done, I think you need to step up and take care of YOUR child that you created with this "colored" girl (as you put it).

Probably what you'll be signing is lots of checks...you're looking at 18 years of child support. That's a pretty steep price for one night of drunken, unprotected sex...but not nearly as much as the baby's mom will end up spending caring for the child.
Did you know a baby's first word is almost always dada, even if they don't have one?
I don't think it's the race that's the issue...obviously the girl was good enough for you to have sex with...I think it's the responsibility that has you freaking out. If you had knocked up a white girl, you'd be saying she had a bad reputation and your family would disapprove, or something like that. You're looking for a way out and you're not going to get one. You're going to have to be a man about this one...and your family will respect you more for it in the end.

Nope, sorry, doesn't matter. You play you pay. The law gives her the choice and even if you deny paternity, Child Support Enforcement can order you to take a paternity test and if it is positive, you can be ordered by the court to pay child support in an amount determined by them. If you refuse, they can garnish your wages and your tax returns, take away any licenses you have (driver's being one) and you could even be jailed for contempt. Also, be aware that many states have reciprocity and that there are federal regulations regarding child support so even if you think you can avoid the responsibility by moving out of state, think again.

I have been in a similar postition my son is black and im proud of him I have never had anything againgst colored people hell I fell in love with one anyways my parents disowned me while i was pregnant and they totally disapproved of the child but once he was born they fell in love with him and now they treat him better than they do me..im their own daughter..dont do this to the woman you got pregnant its hard being a single mom dont you care about the baby you help make? Children are gifts from god no matter the race.. you nedd to stop being a jerk and step to the plate.

First of all, it's not a thing. Don't blame alcohol for your deeds. Be a man and take responsiblity of your actions. It's not important if your family approve this or not. It's your call buddy. You need to accept the fact that you got someone preg. Shouldn't matter what color of skin she was.If you mind her color so much why didn't you think of it when you pull your pants down? This thing? For God sake, or maybe more important, for the sake of YOUR CHILD, go to the woman you have impregnated and marry her. What are you thinking? This child is going to grow to either love or hate you. Don't make him/her hate you because if you do there is a substantial probability that your life is going to be miserable. As far as not liking any of this, you should have thought of this before you screwed around. There is no way you are going to get out of not paying for this child, so you'd be wise to at least have it legitimately.

You are calling a living baby " this thing" it is really sad. Why dont you thik of it from this babys perspective how the baby is not gonn hav a father or think of it from the mothers prespective how she is going to have to do this on her own. why are you thinking all about yourself. if you didnt wnat babies you shoudlnt a had sex.
