I say it when I feel it and am able to identify it as such.
It takes time for me to open up in that way.

When it comes to affairs of the heart, I'm willing to show myself able to express what I feel, whenever I'm feeling it, I'm willing to show myself as able once I've been made ready. I wait until I'm ready, and actually feel what I express feeling; not necessarily do I wait for a man to say that he loves me. I don't wait for a man to say he loves me, before I say it, if I'm comfortable within what we've established together.

I would first read between the lines and suss the other persons body language then I would willingly tell them that I love them.

I tell them they are sexy and flirt more if they don't mind it. the rest is up to them. No, I don't want to say love until I know for sure I do. I don't want to be like those controlling and possessive freaks who claimed they know what love is and yet they didn't!
