Snow of beautiful white,
come and light up this beautiful night.
Flakes of soft glittering beauty fall,
Heed now my faithful call.
Mother Moon use your magic beams,
to create the scene of my dreams.

With harm to none, so mote it be.

Changing the weather is an extremely hard thing to do, and if someone doesn't want snow, it could bring you some pretty bad bad luck or bad karma. I won't give you a spell or a ritual for it. If you want to try making it snow via spell, chant, or ritual, you should try writing or making your own. ~M

I call to the winds
That bring the snow
Show the clouds
To the ground below.
Give to us that stand here
Some of the snow that you hold so dear
Kiss the ground with white feathered flakes.
To fill all the streams then refill the lakes.
Give the ground and each sleeping plant
The water you hold and the gift you grant.
We the men who tend the earth
Ask for this gift for all of our worth.
Sweetest snow on winters day.
To melt and renew in spring come may.
En Tis Blethec

um... its called the weather. it will not come with a chant or spell. the weather is based on science, NOT mysticism. snow will come when it snows. until then, just deal with it.
