I've been trying to conceive for few months. All with the help of ovulation kit. I go for exercise twice a week (jogging and walking only). My question is, during the after ovulation (& intercourse) and period time frame, can I still continue with my exercise ? Does it reduce my chances of getting pregnant ? Some have adviced not to exercise at that time as I may have conceived and it may result to miscarriage. Is that true?

As long as the exercise is not a new regimen after becoming pregnant, you should always try to keep your current exercise level up...adjusting as your baby and body develops.

Trust me honey, I've had 5 miscarriages, 3 were BED REST and it didn't make one difference.

I could've stood on my head and "sewn everything up" (sorry to be so graphic) and if the miscarriage was going to happen, it still will.

No. You should continue to exercise don't over do it, but continue. You aren't suppose to quit exercising when you become pregnant either just take it a little easier. GOOD LUCK
