The expiration date means that there is a chance the latex has deteriorated or begun to. If you want to take the chance of getting pregnant...go ahead and use them. If not...go buy some with a good expiration date on them.

Condoms are like cartons of milk. Both have a shelf life and an expiration date on the package. Don't buy old milk or use a condom that's expired. Condoms with spermicide have a shelf life of three years; those without spermicide have a shelf life o f five years.

Don't use them. When they expire, they start to dry out and can get cracks or rips during sex.
