an obvious choice would be Ziva but I'm thinking maybe someone else? a good storyline would be for it to have been someone holding a grudge against Tony and then maybe they kidnap his girlfriend? idk sounds like a good storyline to me! haha...what do you guys think?

good theroies! yeah maybe his girlfriend is the mission and that's why he's so secretive because he's not suppose to be that close with her? or maybe he IS suppose to get intimate with her and that's the mission...hmm...lots of options! I was hoping next week would be about Tony but by the looks of the preview I don't think it is :(

Fellow NCIS fan. I don't think Ziva would be taking pictures of him in bed with another woman. I think it has to do something with the undercover work he's been doing for the Director. I mean that storyline is has been so out of left field I keep waiting for it to develop into something more.

Ummm, FBI? Could also be some of the "bad guys". The lady Dr. could also BE a 'bad guy'!
Then there is that 'secret' mission Tony's been on for the director. Shoot! for all we know the Dr. is part of this secret mission and is who Tony is investigating, with him about to get in trouble for compromising the investigation!
In any event, I'm betting he looses the girl friend some how or other.
Poor Tony.

I don't think it's Ziva either. I think that he's either investigating the girlfriend or the hospital she works at or someone that works there, or why would Director let him have so much time off. It's going to get interesting though. That was a great twist to the show! (AND, the camera was focused on him - not the girlfriend!)

I'm with everyone above... I'm sure it's related to his undercover work for the Director. My concern is that if it is the "bad guys" I don't think Tony's girl is going to survive it.
That's my most likely scenario. The other requires a bit more of a twist for the viewers... that we are being lead to believe that it's a real relationship when in actuality Tony is actually doing it as part of his cover and is using her to get close to someone, information, etc.

I was thinking that it could be Ziva but when they showed next weeks episode previewed it did not have to do with the pictures. my freinds handle the cbs website they said that it will show who took the pictures somewhere during the season so just keep watchin and find out also he said that the fans will be suprise when they find out whos taking the pictures.

I think the undercover theory may be the best. But what about an old psycho ex-boyfriend of the Dr.'s? What ever it is it promises to be good.
