If you have an issue with a product, you should contact the company. As far as warning labels go, they usually don't get put on stuff unless there is a lawsuit of some kind, or enough people call and complain.

call or write the company. Look up there website and find like a home office, the main office of the company. Tell them what happened and why u think it should have a warning.
