That's a new one for me. I sure can't find any mention of any disease remotely close to this spelling.
If you truly have 4 months to live, you have much more pressing concerns than a video game. You need to get off the computer and spend time with your family, honey. They want precious memories of the time you spent together to remember. God bless.
