I dont think Masters's arms are long enough to put Khali in the Masterlock. Khali's shoulders rival that of the Big SHow and Masters could not put it on him. Just to wide and thick.

physically? yes. kahli can probably break just about anything he wants to
storyline-wise? no. even though he lost a lot of muscle mass when he returned from rehab, the writers are still trying to put Masters over as a dominating wrestler. so he wont have it broken to a mid to low carder such as kahli. besides, it will be a face that finally breaks the lock, not another heel. cena maybe? hogan?

Masterlock is just a gimmick. If you really wanted to, anyone can get out of it.

sure he could but what would it matter masters would only get the break ruled unofficial
the master lock has been broken twice now and it is still considered "unbroken"
