Take a hot, soothing shower. And just lay in bed afterward. You dont actually have to sleep. As long as you are resting you should be ok. And read a book til you nod off. Preferably something boring.

First, get off the internet and get ready for bed.
Second, if just laying there doesnt work, try reading a book or working on any leftover homework (that tends to make me tired)

I suffer the same problem sometimes. The thing that works for me is making my room completely dark. Take in deep breaths and don't think about anything. I hope it works for you good luck at school tomorrow.

You should read any boring books or just go to your bed and close your eyes and sleep. Just don't think that you can't sleep..
