So latley my boyfriend has been having pain in his nut after sex. And this has never happened before. After the second time this happened we took maybe three days off and apparently he is having pain in it again. Is there something he should be worried about? am I just freaking out? he is telling me not to worry and I cant help but feel like there is something wrong.

Have him see a Dr. he might have a hernia. My son had the same problem & not only did he have a hernia but also a vien was closing which would have made him sterile.Simple surgery in & out the same day.Believe it or not it happened from shoveling snow.

Is it enlarged? There is such a thing as torsion of the testicle - it's twisted and can cut off circulation, could cause infertility, besides being extremely painful. He should see a urologist.
