Wonder if we are Democrats? Or conservative Republicans that just know that the handwriting is on the wall, that he is pathetic as a president. We don't have to agree and we still could be in the same party. How ignorant to think someone is a Liberal because we disagree? Stereo typing is ignorant. I vote my conscience and no party is separate, and if all people would be that way instead of letting idiots and war mongers, profitteers get in there and destroy this country from the top down, then this all would not be happening? Don't you think it is lazy voting policies here anyway? Oh I will vote because he/she is a Rep., or Dem., and you don't even read about their history? Isn't that how you voted for Bush? Ignorantly 3 times, once his father a CIA murderer, and now his off spring? Don't complain you did not vote your conscience you were lazy.

Voices of dissent from within the same party are a perfectly normal part of real life politics. Political parties are a loose bonding at best and there are going to be issues which don't carry everyone's 100% approval.
The stereotyping you describe does display both ignorance and naivity but perhaps it's just an easy weapon which may drown out opposition in the short term. 'Everyone who doesn't agree must be a tree-hugging commie or a member of Al-Gaeda!' It will backfire eventually, I hope.

i'm a conservative also! the way I see it, is the liberals do no longer somewhat hate Bush as someone, he's a logo! He has made a mess of selections that were no longer made interior the 8 yrs pry or to his transferring into place of work. He has tried to make this usa a safer position, we've in common words been hit once considering he grew to develop into president. As Bush stated we should be right one hundred% of the time , the terrorist in common words a million time. i imagine they are using any excuse they could locate , as a thanks to win the election in 2008. If it ability , mudd slinging on Bush. they are going to do as a way to win the nest election. and considering the in common words platform the Democrats have is to be adverse to something, somewhat of ideas for safe practices, and so on.. Bush is the objective. They understand it truly is is the in common words one which somewhat has performed something , and could stick by technique of what he believes in no longer matter what the Polls say. ,

William F. Buckley and George Will both deny that George W. Bush is a conservative. I'll take their word for it. They are smart guys that make sense when they talk conservatism.

But, I'll tell you what. I'm a liberal and he's not one of us. We didn't vote for him, we haven't supported him, and he can't come over to our side. We don't want him.

Do you think if we had a pick-up game with a conservative captain and a liberal captain, Bush would be the last guy picked? Ouch. You know what I mean.

My understanding is that very few true conservatives agree with Bush on most issues. He's really not considered a conservative, more like a moderate. That's why he won so convincingly in the last election.

Fiscally he's way too liberal in their eyes, but over all he's closer to conservatism than someone like Kerry or Howard Dean, who are more like Stalinists.

I think it's surprising that so many so-called conservative Republicans identify themselves with Bush who's policies of expansionist government, fiscal irresponsibility, reduction of individual freedoms, and governmental intrusion into the lives of private citizens are not in keeping with tradition conservatism.

I don't think that. However I would think that anyone with a brain could see that bush is a bad president. I guess that's what America gets for electing a C student for president.

People who say that are koolaid drinking zombies who have been programmed to spew inanities without thinking. Most of them don't even know what a liberal is.
