Sakura will never kiss Sasuke
Following the anime-story arc, Sasuke leaves Konoha to join with Orochimaru, in his quest to take revenge on his brother.
As far as i know, the manga changes to Kakashi Gaiden after this point, (which entails how kakashi got the sharingan eye)
and it goes 2 years into the future (older naruto , older sakura)
as it follows, Naruto is under Jiraiya, Sakura under Tsunade and Sasuke under Orochimaru, recreating a trio, alike to the legendary sannin, since they're paired up.
edit: well the manga is ongoing, as you may already know, so further down the line, perhaps. But as it stands, this will not happen, as the last time i saw it, the arc was at where the Akatsuki (composed of Itachi, Kisama, and other hidden others) are after Gaara for his Shuukaku and Naruto for his Kyuubi
