i have to agree with you i love lashley but RVD is so much better and he should be ECW Champion he deserves it so much more

Don't get your hopes up about RVD winning the title back.
Vince is still mad at him about the traffic stop/ drug thing, which is why he had RVD lose the title in the first place. Also, with Heyman gone and ECW not getting any better, RVD might bolt to TNA when his contract is up (sometime around May I think).
Granted, Vince might try and put the title back on him as an incentive to get him to resign, but I doubt that will happen. I think he'd rather head to TNA (would be a better fit over there anyway, esp in the X division). Vince also wouldn't want to put the title on him close to his contract expiration, because he wouldn't want TNA to have more ammo to use in their publicity.
Realistically, I don't think he gets the title back at all. I think Vince would rather have the title on Test or Holly anyway because they are the "company men" knowing that RVD will likely not want to re-up, even if Vince wanted him back just to keep TNA from claiming another WWE star and wonder how many other WWE stars might be tempted to do the same. Hell, right now with the CM Punk stuff going on backstage about "paying his dues" no matter that he is way over with the crowds, CM should consider bolting too.

The reason why RVD did not win the title is because they need to build up the characters and the story lines. Lashley needs to establish himself in ECW. Test was brought in to get that heel feel to it because RVD and Lashleys stlyes are very diffrent and I hate to say it, but Lashley is not an extremist and he might be out of his league one on one with RVD. When RVD wins the title back it will be so much sweeter because of all the climbing he has had to do since he lost the WWE and ECW title! GO RVD!

ECW is DEAD. Wrestling is totally dead. I think Ecw belongs to the Sabu's, Van Dam's, and Tommy Dreamer types. It use to be a real good company to Vince got his stinking hands on it. Van Dam probably deserved it. I'm a former fan
Watch UFC. Much more entertaining and it's real.

Yeah he should have but he messed up according to Vince for gettin caught with weed....but ECW never was any good even its glory days
