Who do you feel deserved it? and/or who do you think did not deserve it?

After I read Beyonce's comment that she wished she could have played the "fat" girl, but she wanted to take on a role that was so unlike herself - a role where she could really challenge herself by playing a character that was so outside her comfort zone... Hmmm...playing the lead singer in an all girl - 3 singer - group...such a stretch :-) I was hoping she would loose. She's also not been very gracious about Jennifer Hudson's performance. Well Jennifer Hudson blew her away musically and from an acting perspective.
I thought it was priceless that the movie won for best movie, Eddie Murphy won for best supporting actor, Jennifer Hudson won for best supporting actor, the writer won for best screenplay - and Beyonce was the only LOSER of the night. She sat there with Jay-Z and a sour puss all night. Boo-hoo.
By the way ... what the heck was she wearing? Cher called and wants her 70's costume back.

Most of the hype was surrounded around Jennifer from the beginning. Both her and Beyonce were deserving thats why they were both nominated. But not everyone can win. I have not seen the movie but from what I heard Beyonce was good but Jennifer blew the house down.

I like Beyonce, but Jennifer Hudson has a much better voice. She deserved it. Probably it's too bad they couldn't share it.

I'm very happy with the results. I'm not a fan of Beyonce. I think that she is way too full of herself. Jennifer is a great singer and seems like a much more down to earth likable person. I also liked the fact that she dedicated her award to Florence Ballard (the inspiration for Effie).

It made sense given the song she had.
Eddy Murphy winning was a little of a shocker.
Any one who makes it to the awards deserves it.

Jennifer deserved it because she can act.
Beyonce cannot act.
I am pleased with the results.
