Sorry, I can't say that it ever has. I've never had a desire to kill myself or a near death experience which could have been resolved with music. But I do think it is possible for music to have that much of an impact, fortunately I've never needed it to.

yes same here. The rage and anger in my life. With the music I was able to vent and I realized that I wasn't the only one fighting with the same pain.

yes as a kid bon jovi and the offspring gave a release that if i didnt have I would have blown my top, done more drugs than i did, probably ended up in a slum somewhere

Yep, certain music has saved my life. One of the only things that keeps me sane...or does it make me insane. Either way, I'm not dead :)
