Chicken bones and wire. Drill them and use the wire to hold the joint together.

Depends what type of joint. For example the hip joint is a ball and socket type. Elbows and knees are a hinge joint. What about a hardware hinge with 2 pieces of wood attatched?

You can use salt dough . Its very mouldable and looks the colour of bones. I used it for a project 3 yrs ago.
Measure up equal quantities of salt and white flour and add water 2 make a workable dough.
Mould into joint parts using a good picture as your guide.

it would depend on whisch joint you are targetting.

all joints have an articular surface...this can be replicated with h plaster of paris, which can coat what you use for the bone...it can also hold the ligaments around it, if you want to show them.
hope it helps

model clay, extra wide rubber bands, clear plastic to mold- I can't tell you how to put it together, but get you a picture of a joint, such as the knee and it will all come to you.
