I have Win Media player 11, Rhapsody, and the media converter that came with my mp3 player but can't figure out how to do this

in truth you can't do it using those , (don't know about Rhapsody)
@ the most basic, you've to extract the .vobs under Video_TS in your DVD

i'll recommend the freeware Gordian Knot tool, http://gordianknot.sourceforge.net

After ripping the .vobs, you need to "demux" it which is separating the audio from the video.

Once you've done this, you can run it through an mp3 encoder such as winLAME

edit: and note that gordian knot makes it simple to rip with detailed instructions, and more or less a 1 click-to-go interface.
oh and if you do need to find err... the first program go to http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/ , as it's not located in the gordian knot package

probably audacity would be the easiest way to do it ...

... u could use a dvd ripper and some other apps to but it would take awhile to pick all that up if ur not familiar with it ...

i feel imtoo dvd ripper is the best..
if its copy protected run anydvd in the background

download, p2p program and there you can download free song, by just putting the name into search. "ares" or " limewire" go to, "limewire.com" there you can download for free, enjoy yourself.
