I like country music. I pretty much like most types of music though, classical through to drum'n'bass. I think it has always been popular in the UK. Dolly Parton has been around for years so I guess people have been bought up with her and it's just stuck. As time has progressed, I think country has begun to infiltrate the mainstream market with artists such as Keith Urban and Tim McGraw (who is of course married to Faith Hill - who has sang on several movie soundtracks, thus pushing country music even more into the limelight).

specific to all 3. Granted, the country track i like isn't precisely pop country. I even tend to love the older country track which includes songs by using Hank Williams, Coway Twitty, Willie Nelson, Johnny money. a greater present day artist i like who the radio stations won't play is Hank Williams III (Hank Williams grandson.) he's greater country than maximum you will hear as we communicate, sounds purely like his grandfather whilst he's making a track country track. As for searching and fishing? You wager. i exchange into born and raised out interior the country, those 2 issues are like 2d nature to me. I navigate better out interior the barren area than I do interior the city.

If country music is becoming popular buy stock in alcohol companies, cheap beer companies in particular. I don't like most country music. It is depressing and leads to increased alcoholism.

Alabama 3 is OK as they mix other music into the stuff (most known track is woke up this morning theme from the sopranos)

I love country music. It is the only music beside jazz I can play with my kids around and not have to run and turn down the volume because of profanity.
Have you noticed how many rock artists have hits on the country music lists?

No, nobody likes it. Just a few deluded and lost souls think they do. It is devoid of talent and creativity.
