Ravens way better D and an average to good offense makes a quality team that was good enough to go 13-3 in the way better AFC

Even though they lost in the playoffs still give the nod to The Ravens, Falcons once again showed they are overrated, They're best receiver is their TE and the rest would be a bunch of #4 or #5 receivers on other teams,

Baltimore gets the nod. First of all, their defense is one of the best and has been one of the best for the last decade. Secondly, they have a fairly recent Super Bowl win. Thirdly, their offense is steadily improving and with vet McNair, they obviously have big plans for the near future.

The Falcons are swiftly falling back to the bottom of the NFC South. The defense is decent, but lacks consistency. The offense put all of its eggs into Michael Vick's basket and the team has paid dearly for it. Vick's an average passer, and once defenses figured out how to contain him for the bulk of the game, he quickly became a subpar QB. Also, he lacks the leadership qualities that McNair has in spades. Warrick Dunn is stuck in Vick's shadow. Until the Falcons pick up a solid passing QB, he'll always be the second fiddle on offense.

The only way you can possibly think that the Falcons are a better team is in one never gonna happen situation... Matt Schaub at QB and Vick at WR. Schaub is a pocket passer and with Vick knowledge from playing QB he would find holes all day in defenses, not to mention his speed... But really though the Ravens made the playoffs with a damn good record while the Falcons watched the Playoffs.

Falcons have alot of talent and top name players on defense. baltimore ravens have alot of talent, but their players gain the talent while being on the Ravens, Falcons' are made up of people that got good on a diffrent team then got to the Falcons somehow.

if your team makes good football players then i consider that much better than having to get players from FA while trying to just make your QB better

I hate the ravens. I really do. But they are better than the falcons in every way. McNair can throw, Vick can throw...rarely. Jamal Lewis and Mike Anderson together beat Warrick Dunn with their versatility. When it comes to defense...well let's not go there. I thnk the numbers speak for themselves.
