Yeah whatever he may be a good guy and all,
but hear me out--------------
there are real issues that need to be dealt with at home and abroad.
and this man is a senator supposed to be representing the people of the state of illinois and the citizens of America as well.
and I think it's pretty dad gum selfish of him to be focusing on the future when him and the other liberal dems (and repubs) need to get down to buisness

Sure they all have the right to run for president. and if they have that aspiration it is honorable if you go about it the right way.

and what way is that, you ask?

Do it like Bob Dole and resign and retire to run for president.
he said he would be doing the american people a disservice if he diverted his attention to his campaign while he was still a senator

I agree only because he has done everything in office except his job. Last time I checked he was a senator for Illinois, not supposed to be on a book tour, doing publicity tours & photo op's for the folks in another country & other countless things that have nothing to do with being a senator. I also do not think he has enough experience in politics.

Frankly, if Ryan hadn't backed out he would have had my vote. But who wants to vote for a nut that his own state didn't even want him (Maine) who was imported to take Ryan's place.

Maybe he's the most honest, most of them do nothing & pretend they are. At least he's out there with it.

That's funny. You right-wing wackos weren't saying that when Dole ran for president in 1996, or when Monkey Boy ran as governor of Texas in 2000.

So it's really a moot issue.

Osama (CNN Version) and the liberals know that when we elect a black person or woman as President of America,

WE WILL HAVE REACHED THE ZENITH OF OUR POWER! Thus, Osama (CNN Version) wasted no time in signing for his presidential bid.

Remember, most liberals and democrats do not like America and its so-called capitalist system, though they enjoy the immense benefits of it.

Obama has every right to run for President. He won't win, but he has a right to run.
