From tonight with only 17 of thousands getting through and the previews of an abysmal tomorrow it looks like we'll be getting several weeks of getting to laugh at absurd and really really bad singers with a few people slipping in here and there to go to Hollywood.

it may get better. tomorrows previews looked to be hilarious. i dont reallylike this part of american idol. i like it more when they have the top 20.

It's kind of early to judge it yet....we've only seen auditions from one city -- there is a long way to go before they get to the true competition with the final 12.

I LIKE AMERICAN IDOL, WE THOUGHT IT WAS PRETTY FUNNY, BUT TOMORROW IT SHOULD BE MUCH BETTER! THIS PART IS GREAT!
