Yao MIng is actually 7'5 1/2" contrary to popular belief and is the tallest player in the NBA; but is not the tallest player on his own Chinese national team, Sun Ming Ming is a towering 7'10" and is thinking about entering the NBA draft sometime within the next 2-3 years
